BAPO Preceptee Learning Needs Analysis Tool

The focus of preceptorship is building your confidence as you navigate the transition from pre-registration learner to being employed in your first role as an HCPC registrant. Your educational programme will have ensured that, at the point you enter the register, you meet the HCPC Standards of Proficiency for Prosthetists / Orthotists. However, itโ€™s fair to say that your confidence in each of these areas might be a different matter. Download this Learning Needs Analysis Tool and gradually work through it with your preceptor over the course of your preceptorship. It will help to identify the areas that need some attention and support. Fear not! You donโ€™t have to do everything all at once!
